3. Passports and Visas:

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of departure.

4. Travel Insurance:

   • If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us in writing via email at least 60 days before the scheduled tour start date to be eligible for a partial refund.
   • The cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of your written notification.

2. Refund Policy:

   • The following refund percentages will apply to cancellations by the participant:
     • Cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled tour start date: 75% refund of the total tour price.
     • Cancellation made between 30 and 59 days before the scheduled tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price.
     • Cancellation made less than 30 days before the scheduled tour start date: No refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit:

   • Please note that the initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation notification.
